Registration process: Please, fill our our email form back to us. Upon receipt, we will reserve your classes, homestay, volunteering project and/or tours requested and send you a Booking Confirmation with all your details within 2 working days.
Deposit: A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking and is deducted from the total cost of your program. The final payment of the balance is required to be paid by credit card, travelers checks, cash US dollars or Quetzales the same day as you are starting your classes. You can also choose to pay in full at the time of reservation.
Cancellations and date changes: Should you cancel your reservation more than 2 weeks before the program start you get your deposit back, minus the $20 registration fee. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your program you get your payment minus the $100 deposit back. We offer you free date changes as long as you give us notice at least 5 business days prior to the program starts. Also, should you have to interrupt your program for any emergency or medical situation you can postpone the rest of your program for up to a year, with just 24 hour notice.
